By accessing and using the ToolsD website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from ToolsD.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:

• Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings and photography lighting
• Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to slight tolerances
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice

3. Ordering & Quotations

• All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• Orders are confirmed only after we receive your deposit payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

• New customers: 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance before shipment
• Accepted methods: T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal (samples only)
• Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender
• Orders are processed only after deposit is confirmed received

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We arrange shipping from Yiwu, China to your specified destination
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon handover to the carrier
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility

6. Quality & Inspection

• We offer optional pre-shipment quality inspection services
• Without inspection, products are shipped as-is from the factory
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence
• Our liability is limited to replacement of defective goods or refund of purchase price

7. Returns & Refunds

• Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable unless products are defective
• Defective products may be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the buyer’s responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of ToolsD
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
• Product images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

ToolsD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
