The LD-467 Non-Woven N95 Cup Shape Dust Mask Respirator is a disposable particulate respirator engineered to filter at least 95% of airborne non-oil-based particles down to 0.3 microns. Its cup-shaped design creates a contoured seal over the nose and mouth, making it a standard choice for construction, mining, woodworking, and general industrial workers exposed to dust, sawdust, cement, grinding debris, and other particulate hazards.

The respirator uses a 5-layer filtration system composed of non-woven polypropylene (PP) fabric, a high-efficiency melt-blown filter layer, and hot air cotton for added particle capture and structural loft. The melt-blown layer is the core of the filtration performance, trapping fine particles through electrostatic attraction and mechanical interception. This combination achieves 95% filtration efficiency, meeting N95 (NIOSH), KN95 (GB2626), and FFP2 (EN149) standards depending on the configured rating.

The cup shape is pre-formed to maintain a breathing chamber that reduces heat and moisture buildup and keeps the filter away from the face, improving comfort during long shifts. An adjustable aluminum nose clip allows the wearer to mold the mask to the bridge of the nose for a tight seal, while a soft nose foam cushion adds comfort and helps block air leakage at the nose. Elastic headbands (two or four straps depending on the model) secure the respirator snugly. An optional exhalation valve vents warm, moist exhaled air directly out, reducing breathing resistance and fogging of eyewear, which is especially beneficial in hot or humid working environments.

Certified under NIOSH N95, GB2626 KN95, EN149 FFP2, and CE, the LD-467 is suitable for construction and demolition, mining and tunneling, woodworking, grinding and sanding, agriculture, and general industrial cleaning.
