Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A: MOQ varies by product, typically starting from 50 pieces per SKU for standard items. Mixed orders are supported — you can combine different products in one shipment.
Q: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? A: Yes, samples are available for most products. Sample orders ship within 3–5 days via express courier. Sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order.
Q: Do you support mixed orders? A: Absolutely. Our mixed wholesale order service lets you combine multiple SKUs and categories into one order with low MOQ per item.
Pricing & Payment
Q: What are your payment terms? A: For new customers, we require 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipping. For repeat customers, net-15 or net-30 terms may be available after establishing a trading history.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and PayPal (for sample orders only).
Q: Are prices negotiable for large orders? A: Yes, volume discounts apply for orders over USD 5,000. Contact us for a customized quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take? A: It depends on the method:
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 days
- Air freight: 7–12 days
- Sea freight (LCL/FCL): 20–40 days
Q: Do you handle customs clearance? A: We handle China export customs. Import customs in your country is your responsibility, though we provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading).
Q: Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses? A: Yes, we offer FBA prep services including FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, and palletization.
Products & Quality
Q: Are your products certified? A: Many of our products carry CE, GS, or ANSI certifications. Certification details are listed on each product page. Custom certification can be arranged for large orders.
Q: What if the products don’t match the description? A: We offer pre-shipment quality inspection and provide photo reports. If products arrive defective due to our error, we offer replacement or refund.
Q: Can I customize products with my logo? A: Yes, we offer OEM manufacturing including laser engraving, custom packaging, and product configuration changes.
